payment methods and contracts
There is no "initiation" or "sign up" fee. We simply pro-rate the remainder of the month you sign up in, and you pay that to get started. For example, if you join on January 15th, you would pay only half of the January cost.
All monthly payments are collected via EFT, or Electronic Funds Transfer. You just need a savings or checking account for our billing company to draw from each month. This is done on the 20th of each month, and pays for the following calendar month. So, the January 20th payment covers February. (There is a $15 fee for "insufficient funds".)
We do not accept cash on a regular monthly basis.
You can pay for a year at a reduced rate, see front desk for details.
We do not offer contracts to members, you can quit at any time.
You will receive LIFETIME PRICING for as long as you remain a member. For example, if you remain a member for three years, five years, or 10 years, your rate will be the same as when you started, even if there have been increases every year.
There is a $45 dollar re-instatement fee if your membership lapses, and you will then be offered the current price. (Exemptions from this: Military, Fire Personel, Police, Injuries. These can be "suspended" with no increase in cost.)
